It's birthday time!

Since Mike and Zoe are both Christmastime birthdays, we have been taking this week to do our birthday celebrations ahead of time. Zoe's wish for her big day was to go ice skating with her best friend. We headed down to Bryant Park to put on some skates and give it a try...

Cake time! They got to pick their flavor and topping at a new cupcake place up by home. Mike took them while I headed over to pick up some birthday candles at CVS. They didn't sell birthday candles! So... we had to make do with this silly combo...

Happy Birthday Zoe!!  ...cute pictures!  Ice skating in Bryant Park, now that's a fun fourth birthday!!  and I love the creative solution to the candle dilemma.  She probably enjoyed that even more ;)
